Capacity development is purposed at obtaining, improving, and retaining the skills, knowledge, tools, and other resources needed to work competently for better results. Like all trainers, instructors of the Christian Gospel are challenged on how to deliver their messages in a clear, efficient, and sustainable manner.

Kapondo Christian Centre (KCC) supports the development of the capacities of Christian leaders who, utilizing their positions in society as pulpits, work to enhance the spread of the Word of God to the widest communities. “So, the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.” (Acts 6:7)

We promote training of Christian instructors to deepen their understanding of the Word of God and their capacity to disseminate it. The purpose of this training is to enhance their grounding in fact and in practice and, therefore, the confidence to deliver these -critical and life-changing messages.

We also offer training on commercial courses with a view to empowering the beneficiaries to engage in business activities aimed at enabling them to generate extra income (“tent making” Acts 18:1-4) to support them and their families. Other courses include training on personal well-being, health, safety, security, and environment.
